For Autumn/Winter 2021 AV Vattev’s Generation in Rehearsal embarks on a spaceflight to the Moon. Inspired by the scientific imagery in visual culture and imbued with the spirit of the 70s music scene, the collection mixes sartorial tropes of sci-fi media texts and the style of Vattev’s icons: Grace Jones, Mick Jagger and David Bowie. Music being an integral part of the brand identity, collection film is made in collaboration with Franco-American music duo Faux Real. The collection is an ode to the era when space was the future and the Moon - a new beginning.
